Digital Purchases Terms & Conditions

By purchasing LUTs from Kryštof Pršala (www.krystofprsala.cz), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

License

When you purchase a LUT, you are buying a license to use the file, not the ownership of the LUT itself. The LUT remains the intellectual property of Kryštof Pršala.

You may not:

Sell, distribute, rent, give, sub-license, or transfer the LUT(s) to anyone else.

Claim the LUT(s) as your own.

Use the LUT(s) in a way that competes with my business (e.g., resell or redistribute them).

Copyright

All LUTs, images, and content are copyrighted by Kryštof Pršala.
You may not modify, copy, adapt, or alter the LUTs or any associated materials.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Usage & Compatibility

Results may vary depending on your footage, lighting, location, and camera settings. My LUTs have been tested on Sony cameras (Cine 4 profile) and Panasonic S1 (Natural profile), but they can work with footage from various cameras. LUTs perform best on flatter footage.

Please note:

Basic knowledge of video editing and color correction is recommended.

LUTs are designed for use in editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop.

After applying the LUT, you may need to adjust settings like exposure, contrast, saturation, highlights, and white balance for optimal results.
